GTO thyristors are the most widely used components in complex, very high-power converters. This makes them suitable for applications with the highest stress requirements, such as traction drives, auxiliary services, AC drives, FACTS, and active VAR controllers.

In addition to symmetrical products for applications that require reverse blocking, we also offer semiconductors for current-source converters.
